I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. The beautiful paintings and antique furniture created a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate with my limited mobility. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with ramps and handrails in place to assist us. It was such a relief to be able to move around freely and comfortably during my stay.
I would have appreciated better lighting in the hotel's corridors and public areas. As a senior woman, I sometimes found it difficult to see clearly, especially at night.

We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stay in Dubrovnik very close to bus stop. It was magnificent to grocery stores. Not to mention proximity to Lapad Beach, that was 10 minutes walk away. We appreciated to be here and would stay here again.

The host was super nice and knowledgeable about the city, giving us helpful tips and recommendations. They even let us leave our luggage after check-out. The location was great, with a nearby bus station and supermarket, as well as being just a short walk from the beach. The free parking provided was a bonus.
The room we stayed in was a bit humid and could have used better ventilation. Additionally, the furnishings were a bit outdated and there were some spider webs in the corners.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is situated on a street that is close to the beach and bus stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. the rooms are spacious and come with a balcony, providing a nice view of the surroundings. the host is also very helpful and accommodating, providing city maps and guidance to guests.
One negative aspect is that the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, as some guests have mentioned spider webs on the walls.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and close to all the happening spots in town. We had a wicked time exploring the famous old town and stuffing ourselves silly with delicious food at the nearby restaurants. The best part was the awesome host, Ioan, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic time. He even helped us out when one of our friends hurt herself and needed medical attention. Big shout out to Ioan for being a total legend!
The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife around the area. We were looking forward to some wild partying and late-night shenanigans, but it seemed like the town went to bed pretty early.

The host was very friendly and gave us suggestions about what to do in the city as well as in the continuation of our trip. Bus station is very close to the house. The #2 bus was very close and took us right to the gates of Old Town. The owners were very friendly and the location was good, only a ten-minute walk to the beach. The apartment offered a free parking place for our car.

It was a great place for our kids to burn off some energy and have fun in a safe environment. The playground had a variety of equipment and plenty of space for them to run around. We enjoyed spending our afternoons there, watching our children laugh and play together. It was the perfect spot for some family bonding and creating lasting memories.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities within the hotel premises.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was actually two rooms and a small kitchen, making it spacious and comfortable. The place was clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The location was perfect for us as it was only a 5-minute walk to the vibrant nightlife in the bay and close to the hotels. Additionally, there were two nice and affordable restaurants just a 3-minute walk away, as well as a large supermarket nearby. The hotel's proximity to the #4 bus stop, just a 2-minute walk away, made it convenient for us to explore the old town.
